Step 1: Start by Eating Wisely
At the heart of TurnAround is two food plans:

The POINTS® Plan where you’re assigned a daily POINTS total based on factors such as your age and lifestyle, which you can spend on fod. By sticking to your daily POINTS total, you will lose weight.

On the Core PlanTM, you can eat freely from a list of wholesome, nutritious foods at meal times until you are satisfied.

The two Plans have been created because not everyone’s life is the same - it’s about finding which approach works best for you.



Step 2: Then Get Moving
Exercise is an important part of weight-loss and weight management. There is no need to embark on a regimented routine or spend money on gym memberships. Most people start small and move a little more whenever they feel ready to do so. Whether you exercise a little or a lot, the TurnAround program will show you how to get moving.



Step 3: Make Small Changes
Losing weight and keeping it off is not only about the food you eat and how much you move. Losing weight for good is about making small changes to the way you do things, and then ensuring these changes become an ongoing part of your life.
