The POINTS® Plan where you’re assigned a daily POINTS total based on factors such as your age and lifestyle, which you can spend on fod. By sticking to your daily POINTS total, you will lose weight.
On the Core PlanTM, you can eat freely from a list of wholesome, nutritious foods at meal times until you are satisfied.
The two Plans have been created because not everyone’s life is the same - it’s about finding which approach works best for you.
